The Turkmen State Puppet Theater, sitting surrounded by green gardens in the lap of Ashgabat, the marble capital of independent, permanent neutral Turkmenistan, looks like one of the palaces in ancient fairy tales. During the prosperity of the Berkarar State, the Turkmen State Puppet Theater became the most beloved art center not only for children, but also for their parents. The Turkmen State Puppet Theater was established in February 1990, and started its creative path with plays intended for children.
