Talybov Elman 0

Elman Talybov was born in 1987 in Yalama village of Hachmaz district of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He has vocational education. He graduated from professional vocational school No 51 of Buzmeyin town and acquired specialty of designer of decoration articles. Since 2023 and up to now, Elman Talybov has been working as a prop decorator of Department of Decoration Articles, Stage Props and Sewing of the Turkmen state puppet theater.
