Didar Allakov was born in 1993 in Amyderya town of Koytendag district of Lebap region. Within the period of 2000-2010, he received secondary education  in secondary school No 53 of Koytendag district of Lebap region. Within the period of 2010-2014, he studied in Turkmen Special Art School located in Ashgabat city, and he acquainted specialty of “engraver, teacher of sketching and drawing”. Within the period of 2014-2020, he studied in Turkmen State Art Academy majoring in “Dramatic engraving” and he acquainted specialty of “dramatic painter, teacher of sketching and drawing”. Since 2022 and up to now, he has been working as a puppet-maker of Department of Creative Art of the Turkmen state puppet theater. In his work, he is notable for advanced ideas and national spirit in course of production of decoration articles. He participated in production of decoration articles for such plays, as “Aladdin”, “When my young heart is overwhelmed with joy”, “Repentance of naughty children”, “Whetstone”.
