Selbi Shihiyeva was born in 1987 in Ashgabat. Since August 2006, she has been working as an artist of the 1st category of the Turkmen State Puppet Theater. In 2007, she graduated from the studio at the State Russian Drama Theater named after A.S.Pushkin and became an artist in a drama theater. From the very beginning, Selbi Shihiyeva’s abilities and talent distinguished, she actively participates in every game and creatively approaches the role assigned to her. In performances staged at the theater, Nabat in “The Happiest Day”, Persimmon in “House with Children – Bazaar”, passing through “The Gift of Laughter”, Persimmon “Juyten’s Wedding”, Sada in ‘Pilmakhmyt”, Oja “Love will Save Us” , Merjen in “Love Bridge”, Persimmon in “Oh, this is love”, Fox in “Sakarja goat”, a mouse in “The Hut”, a tele-smile in “The Tale of the City”, a mother mouse in “On the Treasure Island”, a cat in “With and without a lace”, the front sight in “Aunt Sona” demonstrated her skills by creating characters.
