Ogulsadap Charyeva 3

Artist of the highest degree of the Turkmen State Puppet Theater.


Ogulsadap Charyyeva was born in 1976 in the village of Mane, Kaka etrap, Ahal velayat. While still at school, she became interested in music. She dreamed of becoming an artist. This dream leads her after graduating from high school to the ensemble of folk art “Altyn Depe” in the village of Mane. She shows her talent by performing in the etraps of the velayats with the “Altyn Depe” Folk Art Ensemble. Ogulsadap Charyeva entered the Turkmen State Institute of Culture in 1996. Even in her student years, she created various images in performances staged at the Student Theater of Turkmenistan, and managed to please teachers and spectators.
Ogulsadap Charyeva graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Culture in 2000 and began working as an artist at the Turkmen State Puppet Theatre.
She strives to perform every role assigned to her in the theater with sincerity. She played the role of  Bovenjik in the production of B.Gutlymuradov’s “Bovenjik”, a hedgehog in the production of A.Gurbandurdyev’s “Skillful Rabbit”, a teacher in the production of G.Danatarov’s “Hello Gokdere”, a hedgehog in the production of I.Gernet “Duckling”, Nuf in the production S.Mihalkov “Three Little Pigs”, bridge staged by K.Tanrygulyev “Pilmakhmyt”, Grapes staged by the creative team “Juyten’s Wedding”, Asiya staged by U.Gadjibekov “Arshyn Mal Alan”, Servant in the production “Son of Kervenbashi’, Grandmother in in the production of G.Danatarov “City Fairy Tale” she masterfully plays the role deserves the audience’s love.
Ogulsadap Charyyeva follows the path of a mentor-student, providing creative support to young artists, teaching them the subtle magic of playing with dolls and creating unique voices for each character. Enjoys great respect among young people as an artist-mentor.
