Ziyada Kakalyeva artist of the highest degree of the
Turkmen State Puppet Theater
Ziyada Kakalyeva was born in 1978 in the city of Ashgabat. Ziyada’s passion for the arts is fueled by his participation in a band in high school. In 1995, she entered the Turkmen State Institute of Culture with great desire. In 1999, he graduated from the institute as an actor of the puppet theater. Also in 1999, the actor of the puppet theater of the Turkmen State Puppet Theater began to work by profession.
From the very beginning, she showed her work towards art, also standing out to move the dolls and revive them; she entered the path of perfection.
Ziyada Kakalyyeva showed her perfection and high level of skill by creating the characters Fox in the stage “Duckling” by I.Gernet, Daughter-in-law in the stage “Pilmakhmyt” by K.Tanrykulyev, Jahan brush in the stage “Love Bridge” of the creative team, Mengli in the stage “Without Dolls” G.Danatarov, the middle daughter in the stage “My Mother’s Goat” by A.Gurbandurdyyev, Doyduk bay in the stage “Yartygulak” by H.Shirov, Fox in the stage “There once was a rabbit…” directed by K.Meshkov, Melike staged by G.Danatarov “The happiest day”, Giantess in the stage “Aldarkose” by A.Galandarov, Shaniga in the stage “Lovers”, Okgan in the stage “House with Children – Bazaar”, Burmeg in the “A Case in the Garden” staged by B.Batyrov, Goating in the “Sakarja Goat” staged by G.Kakabayev, Grandmother in “Masha and the Bear”, She-Wolf in “Stories of Being ”, Jahan brush in “Oh this love”, Okgan in “Juyten’s Wedding”, in “Red Apple”, in “Eternal Legends”.
Ziyada Kakalyyeva tried her hand at filmmaking. She staged the eldest daughter-in-law Sadap in the TV movie “Ziyada” directed by Gulalek Hezretkulyyeva in the association “Turkmenfilm” named after Oguzhan and skillfully staged characters in TV movies like “Neighbors”, “Halva Sopy”, “140 years of Ashgabat”, “Joy”, “first love” .
Ziyada Kakalyyeva provides creative support to young theater artists. She does not spare her experience and painstaking work to guide them and teach them the subtle secrets of the artistic art of the theater.
In 2016, Ziyada Kakalyyeva was awarded the anniversary medal “25th Anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan”.
