Döwletow Resul Musaguly ogly was born in 2002 in the city of Ashgabat. In 2020, he graduated from Secondary School No. 70 named after Annagylyç Mätäji in Ashgabat. Currently, he works as a First-Class Engineer (specializing in radio equipment) in the Production, Technical, and Radio Sound Department of the Turkmen State Puppet Theater.
