Shirin Atayeva
Shirin Atayeva was born in Ashgabat in 1990. Her love for theatrical art began in childhood. She also liked to go to the Turkmen State Puppet Theater in Ashgabat and watch performances. Thus, artists notice her. Even in the 9th grade, Shirin attended the theater with enthusiasm and performed on public stages. This leads to her coming to the theater world. After graduating from high school, in 2006, she was hired as an artist of the auxiliary group of the Turkmen State Puppet Theater. Not so long ago, she became an artist of the 2nd category, and since January 2021 - an artist of the 1st category. However, she understands that art requires not only natural talent, but also education. Enters the art studio of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture and successfully completes it.
She continues her education by studying abroad at the Kazan State Institute of Culture of the Russian Federation. On the stage of the Puppet Theater, Shirin Atayeva in different years played the roles of Kumegul in “House with Children – Bazaar”, Kumegul in “Juyten’s Wedding”, Alyanak in “Alyanak”, Rabbit in “Clever Crow”, a goat in “Grandma’s Goating”, Daughter-in-law Merjen in “The Bridge of Love’, an odalisque, a salesman in “Three Hundred Gold”, a fox in “Sakarja Goat”, she earned the love of the audience by playing these roles. Shirin also does a great job of popularizing the performances staged at the Turkmen State Puppet Theater and informing the audience about when they are on. She makes this progress through the image of the Rabbit. She also appears regularly on television as a Rabbit. She has also played various roles in films.
