The results of the theatre competition entitled “Independence — My Wings, My Homeland — My Sacred Place” have been announced.

A number of cultural and artistic figures who won prizes at the theatre competition “Independence — My Wings, My Homeland — My Sacred Place”, held among the theatres of our country, were honoured with awards. The Turkmen State Puppet Theatre also participated in the competition with its new stage production entitled “The Melody of Friendship”. For their successful performance in the theatre competition “Independence — My Wings, My Homeland — My Sacred Place”, stage artist of the Turkmen State Puppet Theatre Zyyada Kakalyyeva and our theatre’s director Batyr Gurbanov were awarded certificates of honour and gifts in the nomination “For the Best Work of a Young Director”.
